Alveron Fashion delivers across Nigeria.
Standard Delivery: 1–3 Business Days
Orders are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery destination and courier conditions.
These are estimated delivery times and may be affected by public holidays, weather, traffic, courier availability or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery location and the active shipping configuration.
Where an order qualifies for free delivery under the existing shipping rules, the applicable discount is applied automatically at checkout.
All prices and delivery fees are displayed in Nigerian naira (₦).
Customers receive an order status email when their order is dispatched. Courier tracking details are provided where available.
Customers can also check their order status through their account dashboard.
Store pickup is free only where a genuine collection option is available and the existing checkout configuration supports it.
Customers must select Store Pickup at checkout and wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to the collection location. Collection instructions are communicated when the order is ready. Pickup availability and the relevant location are shown at checkout when configured.
Alveron Fashion is an online retailer with an operating location in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. This policy does not advertise a public walk-in retail address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays.
International shipping is not currently available. Alveron Fashion delivers within Nigeria.
If an order arrives damaged or the customer receives an incorrect item, they should contact support within two calendar days of receiving the order.
Customers should provide their order number and clear photographs of the issue so the claim can be reviewed. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
