These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Alveron Fashion website and any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Alveron Fashion is an online fashion retailer operating from Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of company registration, certification, warranty or other legal status that has not been expressly confirmed.
We aim to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration and presentation. Actual colours can look different depending on your screen, lighting and the device you use. Measurements, sizes and fit can also vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability. We may correct product information, remove an item, or decline an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or described, or where we suspect fraud or an error.
Product prices and delivery fees are displayed in Nigerian naira (₦). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout using the active shipping configuration and your delivery location. Where free delivery applies under the configured rules, it is applied automatically at checkout.
We may correct pricing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in that order. An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive successful payment through the payment method offered at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. We may verify a payment before releasing an order for fulfilment. An order is not fulfilled until payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier conditions. These are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, traffic, courier availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order details. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent delivery. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only change or cancel an order where it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, please use the process in our Return and Refund Policy.
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact support within two calendar days of receiving it. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, evidence and how claims are reviewed.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or change the website, products, prices or these terms where necessary.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under applicable law.
